The Cooks Oasis Villa Facilities

Services are carried out on Monday, Wednesdays', and Fridays. We are happy to exchange your towels in-between days if required. Full linen changes are carried out twice weekly.

Studio Villa
The studio villa is ground level with a view to the pool area from the kitchen. It contains a dining table and chairs. It has its own patio area which is partially undercover, with outdoor furniture. Bedding is a super king bed that can be split to singles. There is a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen area is spacious with a generous fridge freezer. The bathroom has a shower, toilet , and vanity. Total floor area 34m2. Please note that there is an upstairs villa above the Studio Villa. 
Garden Villas
Each of our 4 Garden Villas have views of the garden surrounds. Each has its own private patio area with outdoor furniture. Each Villa has a dining table and chairs, and a comfy sofa or chairs.
Bedding is a super king size bed that can be split to singles. There is a ceiling fan for your comfort, and air-conditioning available. Each Villa has a well set up kitchenette. The spacious bathrooms have a shower, toilet , and vanity. Total floor area 31 m2.
Rate: $180 per night (single or double)

1 Bedroom Tropical Villas
The 1 Bedroom Tropical Villas are great for families!
These Villas have a super king bed (splitable) in an open plan studio space as well as 2 or 3 single beds in a seperate bedroom. Rollaway bed available.
Views are of the tropical gardens or mountains. Each Villa has its own patio/deck with outdoor furniture.
Inside there is a dining table and also comfy chairs for relaxing.
There is a ceiling fan for your comfort and air-conditioning is available ($). The spacious kitchenettes are well set up. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Each Villa has its own electronic laptop safe.
Floor area is 47 to 49m2.

2 Bedroom Lagoon View Villa
Our 2 Bedroom Lagoon View Villa is spacious and well appointed. Views are of the garden, mountains and Lagoon. There is a large covered deck, complete with outdoor dining furniture perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The Villa has an open plan dining area and lounge, complete with television, and DVD player. The kitchen is well appointed and includes electric oven, dish washer, microwave, and a genourous fridge freezer.
Bedding is 1 x super king bed in each of the 2 bedrooms plus 1 x single bed in one of the bedrooms (super kings can also be split to singles). There are 2 ceiling fans for your comfort, and air-conditioning available. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet , and vanity. Total floor area 90m2.
Rate: $260 per night (single or double)

Reservation policy:

- To confirm and secure your booking we require a deposit of 25%, payable by VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX. Please note, credit card payments incur an added credit card surcharge of 3.95%.
- Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival, payable by VISA,MASTERCARD, or AMEX. Please add 3.95% for credit card payments. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer, ask us for details.
- Please send by email, fax, or phone credit card details to confirm your booking, or enter direct via our secure booking site.
- Flight details are required to confirm the booking. Please provide all dates, flight no and times local to the Cook Islands to ensure that the correct number of nights’ accommodation are provided and that flights are met on time.
- We also need to know the number of people travelling and bed requirements. Please also inform us children’s ages.
Cancellation policy:
- Greater than 14 days: Fully refundable minus a $50 administration fee (plus any applicable finance fees)
- 14 days or less or "no show": Full charge, no refund.
