The Cooks Oasis Villa Facilities
Inclusions in each Villa:
- Kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, fridge, electric jug, toaster, coffee plunger, cooking equipment, well supplied utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment.
- We supply tea, coffee, beverage sugar, salt and pepper.

Services are carried out on Monday, Wednesdays', and Fridays. We are happy to exchange your towels in-between days if required. Full linen changes are carried out twice weekly.

Studio Villa
The studio villa is ground level with a view to the pool area from the kitchen. It contains a dining table and chairs. It has its own patio area which is partially undercover, with outdoor furniture. Bedding is a super king bed that can be split to singles. There is a ceiling fan for your comfort. The kitchen area is spacious with a generous fridge freezer. The bathroom has a shower, toilet , and vanity. 
Garden Villas
Each of our 3 Garden Villas have views of the garden surrounds. Each has its own private patio area with outdoor furniture. Each Villa has a dining table and chairs, and a comfy sofa or chairs.
Bedding is a super king size bed that can be split to singles. There is a ceiling fan for your comfort, and air-conditioning available. Each Villa has a well set up kitchenette. The spacious bathrooms have a shower, toilet , and vanity.
Rate: $170 per night (single or double)
Aircon : $20 per night
Family Villas
Each of our 3 Family Villas have views of either the garden surrounds or the mountains. Each has its own private patio area with outdoor furniture. Each Villa has a dining table and chairs, and a comfy sofa or chairs.
Bedding is a super king size bed (that can be split to singles), and single bed/s. A rollaway bed is available in the larger Villa's . There is a ceiling fan for your comfort, and air-conditioning available. Each Villa has a well set up kitchenette. The spacious bathrooms have a shower, toilet , and vanity.
Rate: $200 per night (single, double, or triple)
$30 pp for 4th and 5th person per night

2 Bedroom Lagoon View Villa
Our 2 Bedroom Lagoon View Villa is spacious and well appointed. Views are of the garden, mountains and Lagoon. There is a large covered deck, complete with outdoor dining furniture perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The Villa has an open plan dining area and lounge, complete with television, and DVD player. The kitchen is well appointed and includes electric oven, dish washer, microwave, and a genourous fridge freezer.
Bedding is 2 x super king size beds and 1 x single bed (super kings can also be split to singles). There are 2 ceiling fans for your comfort, and air-conditioning available. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet , and vanity.
Rate: $250 per night (single or double)
$30 per additional person per night

Booking Conditions
Reservation policy:
- All pricing is in New Zealand dollars and includes VAT. Check exchange rates here http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html
- To confirm and secure your booking we require a deposit of 25%, payable by VISA, or MASTERCARD. Please note, credit card payments incur an added credit card surcharge of 3.95%.
- Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival, payable by VISA or MASTERCARD. Please add 3.95% for credit card payments. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer, ask us for details.
- Please send by email, fax, or phone credit card details to confirm your booking, or enter direct via our secure booking site.
- Flight details are required to confirm the booking. Please provide all dates, flight no and times local to the Cook Islands to ensure that the correct number of nights’ accommodation are provided and that flights are met on time.
- We also need to know the number of people travelling and bed requirements. Please also inform us children’s ages.
Cancellation policy:
- Greater than 30 days: Fully refundable minus a $50 administration fee (plus any applicable finance fees)
- 30 days or less or "no show": Full charge, no refund.
